What you will need:
- 4 small trout, approximately 1 pound each
- Two whole oranges or citrus of your choice, sliced
Marinade
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
How to make it:
- Prepare the marinade by combining all ingredients and mixing well
